Hi guys, I have a question about using the “check backup” function in the Trezor desktop software settings with a wallet that has a Shamir seed phrase. Does it ask for the same amount of seed phrases as you set up the wallet for? e.g. if it asks for 3 sets of seed words, this is how many you set the Shamir up to need for recovery during setup?
I cannot remember how many of the recovery seeds (e.g. up to 16 sets of 20 words) I need to recover a Trezor model T. How can you find this out? Does the Check backup function ask you for the number of seeds you would need to recover a wallet?
yes, it will prompt you to check the number of shares that you set in the beginning
