Can’t load the ADA balance

The balance of other coins shows up just fine, no issues at all, but ADA specifically just won’t load and throws an error (I dropped a screenshot).
If I connect the wallet to something like AdaLite, it shows up totally normal there.
I’m using Trezor Suite in the browser.
Trezor Model T, version 4.9.1.
Not even sure why I’m listing all this, cause it’s probably just Suite acting up again, same as with those passphrase problems

I am having a similar issue, in my case it can’t connect to the network and when scrolling thru the transactions, it only shows up until end of October.

We recently experienced an issue where our Cardano nodes were not properly loading tokens balances beyond the decimal point that may have impacted your ability to conduct transactions over the Cardano network. Same problem here. I have transferred some ADA and Night tokens to a passphrase wallet on Trezor 3 last month. Now I look into this passphrase wallet and it says “Account discovery error”. In the main wallet and on another passphrase wallet on same device Cardano is available. What is going on?

Are you using a desktop app? Could you try if the issue also happens in the desktop version of Trezor Suite?
