Bug with Coin Transfer, Passphrase

New Trezor with Standard wallet (I have no hidden wallets) asking for Passphrase to transfer coins out (never set up passphrase). Purchased directly from Trezor with security strips intact.

From what I read this isn’t even a feature. Can anyone help? Others with this problem?
I sent screenshots to Trezor and haven’t heard back so far.

standard wallet == passphrase wallet with no passphrase entered in.

so if it asks for a passphrase, leave blank and proceed…

I tried proceeding, but it stays locked. I did not set up a passphrase or hidden wallet. Any other thoughts?
