Bootloader Model T

When I try to activate the Bootloader on my Model T to update the firmware all I get is my pin request. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Newager23,

if Trezor Model T wants you to enter a PIN, you are not in bootloader mode. Make sure you are swiping your finger across the display while connecting USB cable to the Trezor. The process is shown in this video: Trezor T - enter bootloader mode easily - YouTube
