This is my first post. I have just been the victim a cyber crime. I have had roughly $10k in BTC stolen during a firmware update. I plugged my Trezor into my alptop and opened the Trezor app from the trezor website. It told me I needed to update my firmware. I followed the prompts, entered my seed as instructed, then opened my wallet and everything was gone. I did not exit the Trezor web domain and the app that was requesting the seed information was communicating with the device.

You’ve been scammed. The scammer tricked you into handing over your seed.
The first principle of hardware wallet usage: Never input your seed on any device other than the hardware wallet itself.
