I had money in my Bitcoin balance but it transferred to another transaction without my permission not only that I don’t understand how it can be moved when my account is on freeze for 30 days. With that said I kept checking the block chain to see if my funds are still there this is the only way I can see my funds while the account is frozen. But since two days ago my balance says. 0.000 and it looks like it went to another wallet. How can that happen when my account is frozen.

do I get it right that you see an unauthorized transaction from your Uphold account? If so, you need to contact Uphold support.

Did you type your seed anywhere or have to CONFIRM anything on trezor(could of drained BTC)
