"Backend is disconnected" Bitdefender blocking

I have installed Bitdefender on my laptop. Now I keep getting message “backend is disconnected” in Trezor Suite and can’t transfer any coins.
I tried to add firewall exclusion but it doesn’t help. Anybody has an idea what to do?

First, please confirm that you can connect to our backends when Bitdefender is disabled. Also, try if you are able to successfully load your accounts in the web version of Trezor Suite. The web version can be found here: Trezor Suite

Please note that you need Trezor Bridge installed on your computer for the web version. You can download it from this source: Trezor Suite
(use supported browsers for the web version of Trezor Suite - Chrome and Firefox)
