Back up check wont work as one of my words isnt recognised

I cant enter goodness as a passphrase word it stops at good and wont let me go further to check my backup It just stops when it gets to good and brings up the green tick box

There is no word “goodness” in the 2048 seed phrases. So, there must be an error when you recorded it.
It may be “goddess”.

The fact that the wallet does not accept the wallet backup can have several reasons depending on the type of wallet backup you use:

  1. Recovery Seed (Standard Backup, BIP39 - 12 or 24 words)

a) Incorrect Word Order:

Ensure you are entering the words in the correct order. Note that the Trezor display may instruct you to enter the words in a specific order, which may differ from the order in which you wrote them down (applies only for users with Trezor Model One).

b) Misspelled Words:

Verify that you have not misspelled any words. The BIP39 wallet backup consists of words from a limited, specific, and public list. Review the list and check all the words you have written down. If a word is not on the list, it is likely misspelled. Pay special attention to similar words such as “boy/box” or “aware/awake”.

The list is available at bips/bip-0039/english.txt at master · bitcoin/bips · GitHub

  1. Single-share or Multi-share backup (Shamir backup, SLIP39 - 20 words)

If your Single-share backup or a share from Multi-share backup is not accepted, check for misspelled words. Like the BIP39 standard wallet backup, SLIP39 uses a public word list. Review the list and ensure all words are correct. If a word is not on the list, it is likely misspelled.
