Is there a way to configure my Trezor to automatically/instantly forward ETH to another ETH address once it’s deposited into a Trezor?
No, and I’m not sure if something like that would even be possible on general principle.
You would need a device with a private key permanently connected to Internet, and once it detect an incoming transaction, it would need to automatically generate a new one moving the coins to another address. This would be problematic with Trezor, because you must confirm every transaction with a button click.
Why not just set up the deposit towards that address in the first place?
