All my hidden wallet passphrases contained discouraged words（Chinese word）, and after updating Suite, they are all now prohibited from being entered!
How can I get my assets back?
Are you putting in chinese characters, or ascii transliterations?
If ascii, you can enter on your Trezor, that should work.

Are you serious about Trezor? All my hidden wallets are now inaccessible!
I have already reset it, backed it up, but the problem has persisted for a long time, not allowing me to enter my secret phrase, and I can’t access my funds.
It shows that the secret phrase has already been used.
Everything is up to date, and I can’t fix this.
I did this procedure because before it said the wallet was empty, and after many attempts, reinstalling the app and disabling McAfee, it worked.
Please, help me urgently resolve this.

I converted the Chinese characters to ASCII, UTF-8, and Unicode encodings, but the wallets they went into were not the same ones I used when I was using Chinese characters. All of them are new empty wallets.
I found the place where Chinese characters can be used.
You should be able to use non-ascii characters, but it is important to select the option to “Open previously used” and not “New passphrase”

I saw it. Will this feature be available forever? What if I open my wallet again in a few years and find I can’t enter my passphrase anymore?
Also, if that day comes, how can I convert my original passphrase? I tried converting Chinese characters to ASCII characters for input, but it’s not my original wallet.
Yes, you’ll be able to access your current passphrase indefinitely , as we’re committed to supporting it for our customers.
There’s no need to convert it. Just make sure to always select the option “Open previously used”.
