All the bitcoin in my Trezor wallet was taken without my knowledge. The wallet has never left my possession. I’ve never given anyone the paraphrase. The Trezor site tells you various steps you can take, but for someone not steeped in crypto and using a hardware for safety it is totally unhelpful.

do you really see outgoing transactions or just zero balance? In the second case, there is still a chance you made a subtle typo in passphrase.
