Adresses missing after update

Hi guys,

I come to you and expose a critical issue i got recently.
I Use trezor + metamask. mainly on arbitrum
I did updated on trezor suite and device and metamask.
As i got a infinity loop bug on transaction.

Then, after update completion, I could not find back the same addresses used before. when i try to connect again trezor to metamask.

We aggreed that when connecting the trezor to metamask the addresses generating is from trezor and not from metamask isn"t ?
How so the updates can erased some addresses ?

Maybe some of you got this issue that i would be glad to hear how you fix it.

@NickW Yes i opened a ticket. Still confuse and stuck, hope the support will find out the issue

I think I resolved the issue.
And it appears to be from metamask or browser ( i can"t localise exactly where the issue was, sorry for that)
I tried all browsers/third wallet existing in the market .Almost all of them have their own glitches and behaviors.
And finally got back the same behavior as it was with Rabbit wallet in the desktop version.

Not technical guy sorry for not explaining in the right way but if some of you have thoses kind of issue just fafo around and think to pick desktop thrid wallet ( appear to be less issue or glitches)
