ADA NOT received in Trezor Model T

Hi,
There are two wallets in one Trezor T model. I transferred 2 ADA from one wallet to another wallet (both wallets on the same device). Wallet 1 shows that it is sent. Wallet 2 does not show it is received. It says wallet is empty. However, when I check it on chain it show that the two ADA is there. It is the accurate address I copy/ pasted but it has not received by the 2nd wallet. Strange!.
Can you assist to find what went wrong?

Hi, do you mean another Ada account or you created a hidden wallet?

If hidden wallet, what is the address you see there? If it is different yo are using wrong passprhase.
