I use a Trezor Model One device to store my crypto coins, thinking that it is the safest mean for security. My balances became zero
after I updated the Firmware as instructed by the Trezor suite. Very upset and disappointed that a supposedly safest device for crypto coins has let me down so badly. I am convinced that it is a software fault and is currently pursuing Trezor for recovery of my funds.
