Theta sending from Model T not possible

I have send Theta and Tfuell to my walltet https://wallet.thetatoken.org conected via Trezor Model T. Now i will send the Theta Token but it do not work. The confirmation “Allow https://wallet.thetatoken.org
permissions to:…” is not resulting in any change on the Trezor display. In Theta wallet i see a failure without text. It don not work.
Trezor is offering an Firmware Update. Is it save for my Theta too?

  • Make sure, your Trezor is running the latest firmware. Updating won’t do any harm as long as you have your recovery seed and passphrase (if enabled and used).

  • After successful installation of Trezor Bridge, you should see “trezord” process running in your activity/system/task monitor. If you cannot see the process running in the background, please try to reinstall it again, from this source Trezor Wallet

  • Consider checking your Trezor Bridge Status, available from http://127.0.0.1:21325/status/

  • Use supported browsers only. Either Chrome or Firefox (try both and try using Incognito/privacy mode as well).

  • Clear your browsers cache.

  • Not only using a VPN, but also certain advanced Firewall or Antivirus settings, browser extensions (AdBlock, Privacy Badger, etc.), may cause connectivity issues, therefore please try to disable them as well.

  • On top of that, use only one application/website/browser tab with Trezor at a time. It is possible that they are clashing each other.

Thanks for the answer. I’ve done or tried everything. But without success. The firmware and Trezor Bridge SW is up to date. I think it’s more the theta wallet.
At the weekend I would try another computer.
