Hello, good morning. I have some XLM on the Crypto.com exchange and wanted to move them to my Trezor Safe 3.
I’m seeing several issues.
In the Trezor app, I don’t see the option to deposit XLM.
From crypto, if I try to send XLM, it only lets me use the Stellar Lumens, Cronos, and Cronos POS networks.
I’m hesitant to continue because I’m sure I’ll lose them. Can you help me? Before I bought it, in the description of the Trezor Safe 3, it said it was compatible with Stellar.
Trezor firmware supports the Stellar Lumens network using third party applications. We generally recommend using Stellar Account Viewer.
Managing Stellar (XLM) with your Trezor device is simple using Stellar Account Viewer. Since XLM is not supported in Trezor Suite, you will need to use this tool to access and manage your funds securely.
Stellar Account Viewer is simply paired with your Trezor device—your private keys never leave the device.
Your XLM remains secure on your Trezor, not on Stellar Account Viewer.
You need Stellar Account Viewer to send, receive, and manage XLM since Trezor Suite does not support it.
If you are looking for a more in depth personalized overview of Trezor setup, we also offer Trezor Expert sessions, and can include an overview of Stellar Account Viewer as part of the session.
Hi Nick, thanks for helping. I think I did it right. I sent my lumens to my Trezor wallet, and I understand that to send or receive them now I have to use this external app, Stellar Account Viewer.
It’s a bit of a silly question, sorry. To check, I also have to do it through this app, right? I mean, once I send to that wallet, it doesn’t appear in Trezor? Instead, do I have to connect to this app with Trezor to check how many tokens I have?
Sorry, I’m using Google Translate; I’m Spanish.
I’ll take advantage of this thread to ask more questions.
I also have other coins, such as:
VVS from crypto and HBAR
These are the last two coins I’d like to store with Trezor, but I’m in the same dilemma.
If there could be some advice or guidance? Thank you very much anyway.
Yes, you will use the Stellar Account Viewer website in place of the Trezor Suite desktop or web app.
You can learn more about what coins we support through our supported coins page. Please note that Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) is not supported by any Trezor device.
