Worried Safe 5 isn’t genuine

Hi all,

I recently switched to Trezor from a different brand.

I purchased two safe 5 wallets (one black & one green) & the seed safe item.

The issue I have is that the green wallet came with a Cable that is different to the cable the black wallet came with. It is visibly different and does not even go into the wallet or computer properly. This is making me worried the item may not be genuine despite me purchasing directly from trezor io website and store. Also the two boxes are visibly different shades of green which is another concern.

I have some photos for references however unsure how to attach as it states I can’t embed media items. I also have videos.

I have opened a ticket with support however had no response

Here are some photos of my issues listed. I have videos also that highlight the same issues

Although it may be hard to see in photos both the cables are visibly different. Only one cable goes into wallet and computer properly the other doesn’t fit correctly and is loose.
