To transact on the ethereum network you need eth for gas (to pay for transaction fees)
Because you’re using ERC20 tokens you need to have some eth on your balance to transact.
If the gas (fee value) is to low you will have to wait until “miners” add your tx to a block. It can take some time.
If you don’t want to wait you have the bump fee option wich will add more gas and accelerate the approval of the tx.
