Where is my Trezor? I am waiting almost a month

I have order a Trezor on the 8th of September, and I still didn’t receive my order.

I also filled your online forum last week, but I didn’t get a replay. The Ticket ID: 97252
I can’t track my order; the link isn’t working.
So, when will I get a response and when will I receive my order? If I need to wait too long you can just send me my money back, I will just go for the Ledger.
