what is the problem with my TREZOR ?

tresor suite does not recognise my TREZOR showing locked. As log told below, does anyone help to find what the problem is. thanks,

per this log the Trezor is simply not connected

are you using a Trezor T, or one of the Safe models? (i.e., anything other than Trezor One)
you first need to use the Trezor device to enter your PIN. It will only be visible in Suite after unlocking.

your screen should show the text “Click to connect”, indicating that’s what you need to do
