I bought Bitcoin on an exchange and transferred them to my Trezor, confirmation time was in excess of 4 hours. My power went out, I phoned the exchange and was able to cancelled the transfer but what would have happened if I was unable to cancel the transfer. My power was out for just over 2 days.
you do not need to have Trezor plugged in to receive coins because it does not happen on the device but on the blockchain.
