Urgent help - I am using Trezor Model T and I couldnt retrieve my Metamask Wallet which stored all of my assets

I wrote down my seed phrases but I am not sure that I have remember wrongly my passphrase is correct or not. From what I see, I tried to retrieve back my wallet through connect Hard wallet in Metamask, but the old wallet address is not showing. Is this because I forget wrongly my passphrase?

If I really forget. What can I do to retrieve back my wallet? Please!!! I really hope someone will see this and guide me for some solution. Please
