Hello, can you help me with a problem? It is about my Trezor One.
In my Trezor´s screen I see: “Unknow bootloader detected. Unplug your Trezor contact our support.”.
I try to install manually firmware v.1.13.0 but there need a bootloader v.1.8.0.
I try to install on official Trezor Suit in Windows 10 and the same screentext: “Unknow bootloader detected. Unplug your Trezor contact our support.”.
I reset five times the Trezor One and nothing, the same thing.
Hello everybody, downloaded the Official Firmware in Trezor Suite, specifically version 1.13.0 occupying a Windows 10 machine but, I see in my Trezor´s screen “unknow bootloader detected. Unplug Your Trezor Contact Our Support”. I already configured factory settings more than three occasions, I installed the Trezor Suite several times and nothing. Help me!

Unplug your Trezor contact our support”. Ya configuré a ajustes de fábrica más de tres ocasiones, instalé el Trezor Suite varias veces y nada.

Sure, tell the chatbot at Support | Trezor Knowledge Base that you would like to talk to a human.
For a bit more information, we have seen a small number of reports like yours: “unknown bootloader detected” even after multiple attempts at reinstalling firmware.
We are still investigating, but at this time there is no known way to recover from this state. The only option is replacing the device. Depending on the specifics of your case, you may be eligible for a replacement under warranty – which you should resolve with customer support, as pointed out above.
It is also possible that the problem will be resolved with the next firmware update, but from what we know so far about it, it is not likely.
