Trezor T not working - 2nd post annoyed

The first post got closed or deleted before the problem was solved. I did open a support ticket and got a response. A response that wasn’t helpful.

This is ridiculous. My support ticket specifically said I tried all recommended steps only to have Support respond back and tell me to try those recommended steps. How many times do I have to be told to do the same thing before I get real support? My crypto is inaccessible until this is resolved, this is unacceptable.

Please, resolve this in a ticket and your device will be replaced (if you bought from Trezor shop), it will not be solved on the forum if you have tried the standard troubleshooting. Thank you.
