Hello every1
Almost 2 days ago i send some btc to one exchange.
After sending, i noticed the fee was quite low, o i RFB’d so the transaction could complete faster.
Few moments later i got the btc on my exchange, all good, until today i tried to send more btc from my trezor to another exchange, but i get an error saying: signing error: transaction "the original transacation TXid(before the RFB), and just dont let me send any amount of btc to any wallet.
But on the error message on trezor suite, they show the adress before the RFB.
Could some1 please help me? All i have to do now is wait?
Hi @scaretactic888,
Could you please create a support ticket via our chatbot Hal, and include the Bitcoin transaction IDs involved, so we can best help you and understand why you might be getting an error message.
Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
Good Afternoon,
Need your help, in one of my segwit BTC wallet, I am facing a withdraw issue.
While trying to send some BTC, I get the error “transaction signing error: transaction xxx not found”, and I cannot proceed. This is the first time I experience this issue on that particular wallet address.
From another segwit wallet, also from trezor suite, I can proceed sending BTC.
Could you please help, understanding what is the issue, and how to fix, please?
Thanks in advance for your support!
Good Afternoon,
Today I raised a new topic, and now reading this post, I just realized that I have exactly the same issue.
After RBF one transaction, the first with lower fee got stuck, and now I cannot withdraw BTC from that wallet.
What is causing this issue, and how should be fixed? I have already requested support the the chatbot, but I think it is interesting to get somefeedback here in the forum.
Thanks for your support,
PD: While reading the forum, I found another person with exactly the same issue.
Some days ago I made a BTC withdraw with option RBF, after sometime I decided to increase the fee through RBF, and this second tx got succesfully confirmed.
Now after some days, I try to withdraw again BTC from the same wallet, and I get the error message from the first hash ID TX (with lower fee) not found.
I have the same problem, also increased the fee for BTC transaction. Now I have the message “Transaction signing error: Transaction xxx not found”. Have you found a solution yet?
i had the same problem in trezor suite…
was able to send the transaction from mobile(trezor suite lite app)
Good Afternoon Both,
After contacting support service, I was given the simple and easy solution, which worked for me. It seemed that something was stuck in my Trezor Suite app local data.
So, the solution was to unistall the app, and then manually deleting the entire folder located at ~/Library/Application Support/@trezor/
You can find this folder on a Mac by opening Finder and selecting Go → Go to Folder, then pasting the path.
In Windows I don’t know the location of this local folder.
Hope it helps!
