Trezor suite stuck at Loading Accounts

I tried to setup my trezor suite to connect to my Start 9 server with Bitcoin Core and Electrum server on it. I enabled tor and added the .onion address of my electrum server. After that it showed the “Loading accounts… You can change these settings after accounts have been loaded”.

That’s as far as I get.

I switched it back to the standard trezor servers / nodes and it still does the same thing.

The Trezor Model T is connected and unlocked with firmware v 2.8.9. I got this Trezor while I was still a nube and so It is NOT BTC only and on the Coins tab; Bitcoin, Ethereum and Polygon PoS have green dots on them the 11 others do not.

Any ideas what’s going on and what to do? Also the “Contact our support” button on the trezor page doesn’t work, how do I contact them?

The setup that you are describing looks right, you should be able to use Electrum server running in a Tor hidden service in Trezor Suite.

You mentioned that after switching back to “trezor servers / nodes” you have issues with some coins not loading properly but Bitcoin is working? Do I understand it right? Are you still using Tor when switching back to “trezor servers / nodes” ?
