Trezor Suite Not Saving New accounts

I currently have a Trezor Model T and connect it to my Desktop Trezor Suite, when I “Add a new account” and select Ethereum, it creates a new address, however when I disconnect my Trezor Model T and close the Trezor Suite, and reopen it, the new account no longer exists… Please Help :frowning:

@toothemoon2020 you actually have to send some coins to the address, then it will stay there, if it is empty it will disappear from the interface (the address stays the same after adding again…)

I am having the same issue. I have a pending BTC transaction being sent to the new account I created. When I logged back into the Trezor Suite, the new account does not appear. Should the new account appear once the pending transaction is confirmed?
