Latest update of Trezor Suite (both desktop and mobile) show no transaction of native BNB (BSC) coin, and no transactions or balances of BSC tokens.
I have double check for human error (wrong address etc,…) but bscscan and CoinMarketCap portfolio display BSC tokens correctly.
Does anyone experience the same? If you have a solution, please share.
Same, not able to see BSC token even though BSCscan shows the balance.
How to fix it ?
@tridephysique @Trezor_User748 Thanks for the notification, we are currently investigating this issue.
Yeah, Just fix the issue and update us here…I was about to go panic lol…
Thought I loss my funds, but it’s still there on bscscan it just your trezor suite doesn’t showing balance that’s it.
Waiting for quick fix
Regards,
Our developers are already working on a fix.
If you need immediate access to your funds on the BSC network, you can pair your Trezor device with a third-party wallet that supports the BSC network.
For most users, we recommend Rabby Wallet as it does not require manual configuration for EVM networks and tokens. To get started, download the Rabby desktop app or browser extension from Rabby.io. Pair your Trezor device with Rabby Wallet to receive and send funds on these EVM networks.
For more information on pairing your Trezor device with Rabby Wallet, please visit Rabby Wallet and Trezor.
