Today I decided to take some time and start solving the transfer of BTC to the safe… I have bought a safe for about a year or two. The safe is only activated (I have words). So today I pull it out, plugged it into the PC USB and nothing. I tried all ports and none of them responded. (USB are all functional, I tried with another device). The safe only started on 7 attempts. However, he still couldn’t connect to the app. This is quite a problem if I have to buy a new safe every year / two to keep access to BTC.
Try to use different cable? Or maybe try with different cable in different computer?
