I just got a Trezor Safe 5, but I’m unable to download the Trezor Suite and install the app on my Chromebook.
I’ve connected the Trezor to my Chromebook via the USB.
It says I need to go to Trezor DOT io SLASH start
But when I go to that page, I don’t see any hyperlinks or buttons to click and download the Trezor Suite or open the web app.
The trezor download link says it loading but then disappears. And there’s no download link. Something seems to be blocking it? Has anyone seen this before? See photos.
I’m not sure that Trezor Suite app is available for ChromeOS. The disappearing download button is certainly a bug, but it’s not clear if fixing it will help you.
In any case, on your Chromebook you can use the web version of Suite at https://suite.trezor.io/web
