I bought my Trezor from one of the official resellers, but this past week, while doing repairs on my PC and constant unpluggng of my Trezor it seems to have reset itself twice, I simply re-entered my phrase and it works again but it’s annoying/frightening that this happens frequently what could have been the cause?
