Trezor One Access Issue

I have an active wallet on a Trezor One. Today I wanted to go online using the desktop suite (25.1.2). The PIN and passphrase worked. Then a message appeared saying the Trezor had been disconnected. Which wasn’t true. Since then, after every new connection, the same message appears as during the initial installation: “Is the Trezor already been used or do I want to install a new wallet?” Please help me access my old wallet again. that Trezor Suite is cca two months old, but it should not matter. So the device is no longer asking for PIN? If that’s the case you can open support ticket to investigate further or take your wallet backup and restore your device (be sure not to enter the wallet backup into any other program or web page) .
