Trezor Model One question about connection with mobile phone

Hello,
I want to buy the Trezor Model One from Amazon.

I have a question and haven’t been able to find a topic about it yet.

If I want to connect the Trezor Model One to my cell phone, do I need an extra cable with micro USB to USB C? Because the cable supplied is only a USB 3.0 cable to micro USB

Personally i would not buy oldest model these days, but the one with Secure Element chip like TS3 or preferably TS5. It brings me two important things for a good all night sleep :innocent:

  • Additional layer of “SEED” protection against extraction if hi-skill individual steals my device
  • Trezor Suite can check authenticity of Trezor device (key attestation)

Back to your question - just to be sure - you can’t connect it to iPhone due to Apple’s license restrictions. Android should be fine and generic USB cable matching phone and Trezor should do the job.
