Trezor frozen after update. Device is ok but no balances seen and (computer) screen is frozen in accounts and dashboard

My Trezor account has frozen after firmware update.The device is ok but I cannot see any balances/ coins. I can’t get a response. Could someone PLEASE advise me as to what happened? It is still not showing my accounts

do you see the error message “Discovery error” in Trezor Suite, or do you see empty accounts there? Is your Trezor device lit? Can you unlock it with a PIN?
