I have a Samsung A70 smartphone and am trying to connect my Trezor to it. I have installed the Trezor Suite on the phone. However, there is nothing on the Trezor screen when I connect it. It is black. On the computer it works. I checked in Trezor Suite - it works flawlessly. The phone is connected via a USB-C to USB-C cable and finally an adapter from USB-C (socket) to Micro-USB (plug). The phone has a Micro-USB socket.
I checked the cable and adapter with other devices - they work.
do they work to connect a different device to your phone?
Yes but not phone. Checked it with my bt earphones. Charging.
the fact that it charges doesn’t mean that it can establish data connection.
please check that the cables can transfer data.
also from a brief google search there have been complaints about the Samsung A70 OTG, so it may be that it won’t work
