Trezor Discovery error Accounts were not loaded properly Bitcoin: All backends are down site

Hi all,

I purchased model one about 2 years ago directly from this website, created only a BTC address and transfered some bitcoin to it. After that, it sat hidden in a secure place until yesterday when I decided to transfer more BTC on it.
I opened the suite, connected the unit, typed in the pin and it shows me the default account Bitcoin #1 with 0 BTC while displaying the messge:
Discovery error
Accounts were not loaded properly
Bitcoin: All backends are down site.

I looked it up, and found some answers. I checked TOR and it was disabled. I reset the app from Settings without any luck. I’ve updated the suite to the latest and now it shows:
Discovery error
Accounts were not loaded properly
Bitcoin: Connection lost

I don’t remember creating a hidden wallet, but I tried it anyway using a passphrase I use for banking but no luck either.

I don’t know how to create a ticket, I can’t seem to find it on the support page.

It seems like your internet service provider is blocking our servers.

Can you open this website? https://btc1.trezor.io/

If not, I recommend enabling a VPN on your computer and then accessing the web version of Suite at Trezor Suite

I tried the web based wersion and I have the same issue.

If the issue persists in the browser version also with the VPN enabled, then it is most likely that even the VPN provider is blocking our servers, please try switching to a different VPN provider.
