Trezor 3: Suddenly Zero

Hi, I have reconnected to my Trezor 3 after 7 months and had to update the Windows and the device, labeling enabled, no passphrase. But somehow my history is gone (activity shows "Wallet successfully added, as if new) and my balance is Zero. Obviously, many people had same issues.

I urgently need help. I also checked my 12 word backup, OK, and I recovered everything with my second stick. The same thing!

I still can see my original transaction in Bitpanda, and I definitely remember, that the transaction appeared on my stick.

I think I checked everything according to Forum entry need-help-i-updated-to-new-trezor-suite-and-now-hidden-wallet-is-empty/

HELP! PLEASE!

PS. I suspect labeling … because I can remember, that I have relabeled the accounts. Google Drive is correctly set up.

Thank you for confirming that the issue is now solved, I’m glad to hear that everything is working now. If you are using a passphrase wallet I strongly recommend keeping multiple written copies of your passphrase and any potential mistakes that can be made when entering it to ensure you can always access your crypto :grinning:
