Plugged my Trezor1 into my computer tonight and proceeded to open my wallet only to find it EMPTY!! There was a transaction on July 8th for the entire amount of my wallet. NO ONE has access to my physical trezor and no one has my passphrase!! The funds were all stored in the Legacy SegWit account. Am I really sh*t out of luck here?!?!?
NEVER! Have always been able to see my balance.
I really don’t know how!?! You want to see the address it sent to?
There were 14 inputs and 1 output…what the hell?!
What did you check and how did you check it?
So all those small transactions were just draining my account…?
hello @kcoop99,
the user that was talking to you was actually a scammer.
If you interacted with them in any way, e.g., on the phone number, please stop immediately.
You already lost your savings so presumably their play would be to point you at a “recovery service” and ask for more of your money.
In cases like this, there is no straightforward way to recover the funds. The best you can do is contact your local police and report the theft. To the best of my knowledge, there are no legitimate recovery services that can get backs funds that were stolen – as opposed to, e.g., a partially damaged recovery seed, which can be reconstructed in theory.
Wow. Maybe I get what I deserve…I didn’t give them any more information. Looking at the transactions, I’m just out everything, correct?
