Is there a way to move an account from the Main Wallet to a Hidden Wallet?

There is no such way:
All your accounts and addresses are derived from your recovery seed.
The address derivation is as follow:
Recovery seed → Account private key → Private key → Public key → Address
And because your passphrase (that gives you the access to the hidden wallet) is technically another word of your recovery seed it is not possible to just create new wallet with accounts and addresses that were derived without using this “extra word”.
The only option for you would be to generate new addresses in your hidden wallet and transfer your funds from the default wallet there.
