Token Sent From MEXC on Wrong Network (not ERC20) to My Trezor

I hope that someone here can help me!

I’ve purchased ROOT tokens on KuCoin and some on MexC as well. My understanding was that ROOT token was an ERC20 token (and hence suitable to store on Trezor), as on coingecko.com it has an ERC20 contract address and uses Etherscan to verify transactions (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/the-root-network). However, since then I’ve realised that there are two variants of this token, the native token and the ERC20 variant. On KuCoin it has the ERC20 variant and on MEXC it has the native variant that uses it’s own network. I didn’t know this the other day when I withdrew my ROOT tokens from MEXC to put onto my Trezor hardware wallet. When withdrawing from MEXC I entered my hardware wallet address and I thought that I’d selected ERC20 as the network, however looking back on the record of the withdrawal details it seems to indicate that it used the native network (‘The Root Network’), by default. On MEXC it says that the withdrawal was successful, but as you can guess, the ROOT tokens have not appeared on my TREZOR hardware wallet :frowning:

I’m using a Trezor Safe 3. I’ve contacted Trezor support and was issued with a ticket ID (15133), but they appear to be quite slow, it was days ago, and I’m not sure how time-sensitive this is.

Is there a way to get my tokens back to the exchange?

and …

Is it time sensitive?

Which chain do you use to transfer cion?
