I had ordered a Trezor wallet but around 5 minutes after I ordered I decided that I did not want the product as it did not support the Tron network. I was told that I would need to send the wallet back in order to recieve a refund (which was annoying as it still wasnt even picked up by a carried but I should have researched before buying fair enough.
After I had declined the package and had it sent back (I dont know if they recieved it yet, tracking number just says declined order), support has completly ghosted me. Its been around 10 days since their last reply, I even opened a new ticket 4 days ago and that also was ignored. Any other way to contact support? Or do I just open a dispute with the bank.
