Support not replying (Ticket ID : 59913)

I have opened this ticket around 11-12 Jun, a couple of email exchange with trezor support, in 17 Jun, I sent a follow up question, until today (23 Jun) still no reply. (Ticket ID : 59913)

Yesterday, I go to trezor official support again, through the chatbot “hai”, I mentioned the above issue, “hai” do not understand.

So I am forced to open a new ticket (Ticket ID : 61546), which refers to the “no reply from trezor” issue mentioned above, until now still no response from trezor.
