Solana Account discovery error \ Asset not loaded correctly

Hi @jeeto,

I can confirm your issue is connected with a low fee for the transaction. During the period when Solana is experiencing high demand, users cannot send tokens or even Solana out of their wallets because the fee is static and is not sufficient.

Unfortunately, currently the custom fee cannot be set in Trezor Suite. We are aware of this issue and we are working on implementing the possibility of setting a custom (or priority) fee to Trezor Suite (Solana: Include priority fee in TX · Issue #11518 · trezor/trezor-suite · GitHub)

In the meantime, I can only recommend that you use a third-party wallet compatible with the Trezor device and Solana, which at this time is only the Nufi wallet (https://nu.fi/). There, you will be able to pair your Trezor device, see your funds, set a priority fee, and send them out.

We are truly sorry for this issue, and our team is working diligently to resolve these problems.

In Nu wallet, i can see both Solana and USDC, however when i tried to send USDC ut always show Sol only, no place to select USDC. Any idea?

Hi @Ccsmb,

In NuFi you need to press the “Send” button under the desired token. Example for Bonk below:

I would also like to mention that the priority fee feature for the Solana network has been added to the latest release of Trezor Suite (v24.3.3) which can be downloaded at Trezor Suite App (Official) | Desktop & Web Crypto Management

You should be able to send the desired tokens using the latest version of Trezor Suite now.

Just downloaded the new trezor suite and works well now! Kudos to the developer team and support team for getting this bug fixed!! Keep up the good work!

I still have this problem, especially with the TOR function enabled. I have to disable my VPN and the TOR function to get it working.

The discovery works for other coins with TOR, but for Solana it doesn’t work. Does anyone else have the problem?

Update:

Using a custom backend for SOL (api.mainnet-beta from solana) works with TOR, although it’s still a bit glitchy, 50 / 50 it will work or not.

Is this error still relavant because I just got my Trezor 3 and Solana was working fine .Now after a week it is given me an erro issue
Using my wallet with every other project coin is working fine except Solana
This is the error message I recieve

Discovery error Accounts were not loaded properlySolana: failed to get recent blockhash: TypeError: fetch failed

Why all firm were is valid and upto date
App reset
I have tried with firewall on and off with the same result
The whole purpose of this wallet was to make it easy and have custody
Whats is the issue
Its looks like this has been happening for a while …Now what do I do ?
Thanks

Paul

Hi @pditty,

If you are using VPN please try to turn it off. Also, please try to enable the TOR feature and let us know if the issue still persists.

This is still an issue. I’ve updated my Trezor Model T, local app, tried the web app, and tried changing the Solana server address. Nothing is working here.

After new years eve, started to face this issue with Solana account is there anyway to fix it manually or has to be done by devs? I’ve sent ticket with ID: 30384, however i feel like im not fully understood there, as i get reply about usb cable when reporting this issue.
