Trezor Safe 3 shows the OP_RETURN in HEX format, however showing the decoded value (probably with a toggle so the user can see both values) is of great help especially when using tools like ThorSwap, where the OP_RETURN in a BTC to ETH swap shows the ETH receiving address. For reference, Trezor Model One do show the decoded HEX directly.
