I sent XRP coins from my Trezor Safe 3 wallet to a broker in Indonesia but I didn’t receive the XRP coins because I didn’t write a destination tag at the time of delivery. Can the transaction be cancelled?
Hi @Alber_1981,
You should contact your exchange about matching your XRP transaction to your account or getting a refund. Because the payment has already been received by them they will need to credit the XRP on their end. Please keep in mind that when transacting with XRP or other cryptocurrency networks with a destination tag it’s important to use it when prompted to by a recipient.
There is a BUG in Trezor Suite. When sending XRP from cold wallet to exchange like Coinbase I enter the MEMO number correctly, verify at Trezor Model T and when review befor pushing send button, all of a sudden Trezor Suite has wrongly formatted the MEMO (Destination Tag) so instead of a number that coinbase expects to be in the format 1234567890, Trezor Suite makes number look like this 1,234,567,890 with comma signs in between. Because of this Coinbase do not manage to identify the correct acount. So maybe that has happend to Alber_1981 ? This is just visible at the last step on top.
