Sent Etherium coin to my trezor using BSChain accidentlly. Now have lost them? Please help

Hello, I sent some coins to my trezor and I can see them on chain but how to I retrieve them and convert them to the Etherium network which is supported in Trezor suite, and send them there? Please help someone?
Thanks in advance!
B.

Hello @brian108 ,

BSC network is not supported in Trezor Suite, so a third party wallet such as Metamask must be used to access the tokens in your wallet on the BSC network.

Here’s how it works:

Thanks for the reply but I am still confused. I have metamask, I have found the transaction on Bschain, but I am trying to
send it to my trezor. How do I extract it? These videos have not help…

Wow, How can this not be a common pronlem and there not be a simple solution. No email support.
really not good enough. No wonder everyone wants Artificial Inteligence tech. Because every big company has lost the ability to communicate anything clearly… Blah Blah…

hello, here’s a step by step for you:

  1. get Metamask working, the video above should be helpful
  2. switch to the Binance Smart Chain in Metamask, the other video should be helpful here
  3. now you should have a working Metamask that sees your balance on BSC chain.

here’s the part that was not mentioned yet:

  1. send your Ethereum tokens back to the exchange
  2. withdraw again, to your Trezor address (still the same one)
  3. pick the Ethereum network for the withdrawal.

The fees are going to be higher, which is unfortunate, but you can’t really get Ethereum without paying the fees.

(an alternative is keeping your holdings on BSC the way it is now. But be advised that what you hold is not actual Ethereum, and in some exceptional circumstances it might be difficult to get your holdings out)

I appreciate the response, but I have done all this already. The BSC in Meta Mask balance conected with Trezor says zero balance. Its not showing anything.

I was sent the link from the original exchange, which I then sent to Bsc Scan help desk, they said they can see it on their exchange but they cant help, saying contact Trezor.

i don’t understand

so you successfully sent the BSC based coins back to the exchange?

did the exchange receive them?

if yes, did you successfully withdraw over Ethereum to your Trezor?

using the Ethereum receive address that you got from Trezor Suite?

if yes, do you have a transaction on etherscan.io confirming this?

and after that, you still don’t see the coins in Trezor Suite?
