Sent Eth on Matic network to Tresor suite, not showing up

I sent 20 Eth from my exchange to tresor one on tresor suite, but I chose Matic network…

I have been in touch with my exchange, and they said that the transaction has gone through no problem.

I have read some discussions. I have connected to Metamask, checked Ethereum mainnet and polygon mainnet, but cannot see the missing Eth.

I have the transaction record from my exchange saying that they sent the 20 wrapped ethereum.
