Sell feature in Suite Transaction issue

I am very unfamiliar with this whole process. Trying to sell some bitcoin, I accepted an offer. When I was verifying my info, it asked me for IBN info and I had no idea what that meant. I tried to halt the transaction–what do I know–until I figured it out. I am still unsure what to enter there as I have a Canadian bank account and Googling tells me we don’t have IBNs. Anyway, it looks like the transaction is pending. What do I do? Have I lost my coins?
