Is there any possibility to convert the recovery seed from 24 to 12 words in a Trezor One?

yes, it can be done using trezorctl commands.

To clarify, you can’t take an existing 24-word seed and convert it to only 12 words. What you can do is generate a new 12-word seed and move your funds to it.
