Safe 5 recovery impossible

I have a Seed with shamir backup. Now I want to recover it on my new Safe 5.
But it does not know or show a word.
It is 0001 on Slip39 = academic.
Is that a software/firmware problem?
How can I recover my wallet?

First of all, you must select the correct number of words. If you pick 12 or 24, the BIP39 wordlist is used and it doesn’t have the word academic.

So, step 1, select 20 words.

Step 2, on the word entry screen:

  1. tap ab.
  2. tap cd
  3. tap ab
  4. tap cd
  5. confirm the word academic by tapping it
